**Registration for Kitchen classes is limited to ONE class per month, per attendee.** Join Chef Amara Yamamoto in making a staple in French households: French Yogurt Cake. “Gâteau au yaourt” (yogurt cake) is a simple and delicious cake to prepare for any occasion. It is easy to customize to your liking: add vanilla, or blueberries and lemon zest, or swirl in melted chocolate for a marbled version. There are many options! NOTE: To reduce waste, please bring a carryout container. Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time. Class size is limited to 12 participants.
