Level Up Your Career: Targeted Resumes

Have you ever wondered how to make a strong resume or struggled with where to begin? Join EmployAbilities in-person, for a program that will help Job Seekers learn to target their resume for a specific job posting. The resume is one of the strongest tools in our "Job Search Toolkit" that we use to market ourselves to our employers. It is more than a mere document and done right, the resume will highlight both your soft and technical skills and communicate to our employers our ability to contribute to the success of their company. This program will support job seekers in learning how to develop an effective resume that will highlight their specific skill set. By the end of the program, participants should walk away with: Ability to identify their transferrable skills and job specific skills Knowledge of how a master resume works Knowledge of how a targeted resume works An understanding about types of targeted resumes and when to use them Maximum 20 participants, registration required.
