Learn How to Massage your Baby

Join Dr. Melanie Beingessner from Blessingways Family Wellness to learn how to massage your baby. In this workshop, you will learn techniques that help soothe your baby, support healthy development, and strengthen the parent-baby bond. Please bring a blanket for your baby to lie on during the class. Massage oil will be provided. If possible, we encourage you to leave older siblings at home so you can enjoy this special one-on-one time with your baby. Registration required; both parents are welcome to attend.
