ARAS Community Growing Patch: Dahlias and Plant Saving

Registered, (Be there at 10 a.m.) Adults, Seniors, Teens, Tweens, Elementary Children welcome! ARAS Community Growing Patch 22177 Wye Road (South-east corner of RR222 & Wye Road) Join us at the patch for a friendly and educational bulb, corm, rhizome, and tuber swap! Dale Ford, Master Gardener (University of Guelph), will teach us how to store dahlia bulbs indoors for the winter. She will stick around after the program to answer your questions about plant saving and more. Don’t forget to bring along your own bulbs for exchanging, if you have any! Learn about the Ardrossan Recreation and Agricultural Society, the ARAS Community Growing Patch, and volunteer opportunities.
